Care Guide

To maintain the quality of your pashmina over time, wash it by hand in cold water. Do not use a washing machine, dryer or aggressive products for stains.
Shipping and returns

Shipping: Shipping will be free for orders over €50. For orders under €50, a charge of €2.95 will apply.

Returns: For hygiene reasons, no exchanges or returns will be accepted under any circumstances. In the event that PIPIA has mistakenly sent an item that is different from the one requested or that is defective, please contact us at info@pipia.es for the exchange. In this case, provided that the customer notifies us within a maximum period of 7 calendar days from receipt of the shipment, we will assume the costs of both shipping and return.
