Pipía leather bags will last for years, as they are high-quality pieces. However, we advise you to follow some basic care steps from the moment you receive your piece to prolong its impeccable appearance.
First, use a medium-sized soft-bristled brush to remove all dirt and dust from the surface by brushing it several times from bottom to top and from top to bottom, thus maintaining the original appearance of the leather. To reach less accessible areas such as edges and seams, you can also use a soft-bristled brush, but a small one.
For deeper stains, choose to use any special suede product and repeat brushing.
Finally, it is recommended to apply a protective spray that helps waterproof the suede and thus prevent stains from forming on the surface.
Remember that it is important to test any cleaning product on a small, inconspicuous area before applying it to the entire bag. Also, try not to store the bag next to other accessories or clothing that may cause discoloration.

Shipping: Shipping will be free for orders over €50. For orders under €50, a charge of €2.95 will apply.

Returns: For hygiene reasons, no exchanges or returns will be accepted under any circumstances. In the event that PIPIA has mistakenly sent an item that is different from the one requested or that is defective, please contact us at info@pipia.es for the exchange. In this case, provided that the customer notifies us within a maximum period of 7 calendar days from receipt of the shipment, we will assume the costs of both shipping and return.
