In the event that PIPIA has mistakenly sent an item that is different from the one requested or that is defective, please contact us at info@pipia.es for the exchange. In this case, provided that the customer notifies us within a maximum period of 7 calendar days from receipt of the shipment, we will assume the costs of both shipping and return.
