Recommendations on how to care for and maintain your Pipía jewelry:
• Store your jewelry in a cool, dry place, preferably in the bag you receive with your order to prevent oxidation of the pieces.
• We recommend that you do not expose it to corrosive agents such as chlorine, grease, sweat, perfume, soaps, alkaline agents or salinity for a long time.
• Avoid storing your jewelry in places with direct exposure to artificial light or sunlight for long periods of time.
• If your jewelry is made of 925 Sterling Silver, is not gold plated or is made of brass, we suggest that you clean it relatively frequently to keep it shining. You can use warm water with a little neutral soap and scrub with a soft brush. Finally, you can rinse it with water and dry it with a soft cloth or with a hairdryer at the lowest temperature.
• We recommend using cloths designed for cleaning jewelry after use. Gently rub the silver surface with the cloth to polish it or remove contact marks from skin. Caution: Do not wash the cloth and make sure the jewelry is completely dry before rubbing it. Silver jewelry can be cleaned with silver polish.
• We do not recommend that you bathe in the sea or in swimming pools if your jewellery is made of 925 Sterling Silver plated with Gold, since chlorine, salt and sun greatly deteriorate the Gold plated layer. If your jewellery is made of steel, you can bathe with it. Its alloy is much stronger.

Shipping: Shipping will be free for orders over €50. For orders under €50, a charge of €2.95 will apply.

Returns: For hygiene reasons, no exchanges or returns will be accepted under any circumstances. In the event that PIPIA has mistakenly sent an item that is different from the one requested or that is defective, please contact us at info@pipia.es for the exchange. In this case, provided that the customer notifies us within a maximum period of 7 calendar days from receipt of the shipment, we will assume the costs of both shipping and return.
