However, we advise you to follow some basic care steps from the moment you receive your piece to prolong its impeccable appearance. Clean your leather pieces with a soft, damp cloth and neutral soap; never with household cleaning products. It is recommended to apply a protective spray that helps waterproof the suede or fur areas and thus prevent stains from forming on the surface. Remember that it is important to test any cleaning product on a small, discreet area before applying it to the entire bag. Store your piece preferably in a cloth bag and always in a cool, dry environment; not exposed to direct sunlight. Also, try not to store the bag next to other accessories or clothing that may cause discolouration.

Shipping: Shipping will be free for orders over €50. For orders under €50, a charge of €2.95 will apply.

Returns: For hygiene reasons, no exchanges or returns will be accepted under any circumstances. In the event that PIPIA has mistakenly sent an item that is different from the one requested or that is defective, please contact us at info@pipia.es for the exchange. In this case, provided that the customer notifies us within a maximum period of 7 calendar days from receipt of the shipment, we will assume the costs of both shipping and return.
